ECAFLO™ Systems
ECAFLO™ are a range of devices for the generation of ecologically safe, electrochemically activated solutions for the various sanitization, sterilization and water treatment etc. applications.
The volume of solution required influences the choice of the most suitable device. We offer different options in terms of controllability, user interface, monitoring, control and solution distribution. Our product range has been developed utilizing modular design, manufacturing and assembly methodologies in order to efficiently accommodate the range of volumes required and potential uses.
At the core of ECAFLO™, the technology is the FEM-3 module. The FEM-3 is a patented precision catalytic chamber developed by Professor Vitold Bakhir and his team at the All Russian Institute for Medical Engineering in Moscow. This module contains electrodes and diaphragmic separators in a special construction, which allows the separate generation of ECASOL™ and AVERSOL™ streams in a constant and consistent manner.
The flow dynamics and construction are such that electrical energy input and transfer is more efficient compared with other electrochemical systems. This ensures that all of the liquid passing through is processed and to a consistent standard.
Lack of consistency is a feature of many other systems. The catalytic coatings used for activation and energy transfer are subject to a careful quality control process ensuring the prevention of 'hot spots' often seen in other versions of the technology. This results in years of trouble-free use and removes the complications of burnt out or shorting electrodes. The quality of coating also facilitates and minimises the descaling process in situations where hard water is used without pre-treatment.
ECAFLO™ systems additionally add unique control and management systems to the FEM-3 modules. These monitors all the required parameters on the input and output cycles and controls these under low variation tolerances in an integrated manner to ensure the most consistent ECASOL™ and AVERSOL™ production of any ECAFLO™ device.
The ECAFLO™ devices are fully scalable in terms of processing volume, can be located anywhere with access to electricity and water and are flexible in their application. The units are capable of remote diagnostics and data upload, can be integrated with electronic traceability and quality systems and are simple to control through use of the latest touch-screen technology. |
ECAFLO™ Benefits
ECASOL™ is generated on demand and applied where required to eliminate concerns of procurement, chemical storage and handling.
ECASOL™ offers the following benefits over traditional methods:
ECASOL™ is Effective:
ECASOL™ has been demonstrated to be up to 100 times more effective than sodium hypochlorite. Extensive tests have shown the solutions to be a safe, non-toxic with the power to kills bacteria, micro bacteria, viruses, fungi, spores and microbial toxins.
ECASOL™ Promotes Hygiene:
As part of your HACCP plan, an ECAFLO Food Safety System will help you:
-
Reduce micro organisms in foods including fish, fresh vegetables, poultry and meat.
-
Reduce disease risk in treated products.
-
Increase shelf life of treated products.
-
Break down bacterial biofilm in pipe systems.
-
Disinfects food processing areas.
ECASOL™ is Convenient:
On site generation plant allows you to produce ECASOL™ on demand. We offer fully automated systems with daily production capability to suit all requirements.
-
Allowing for the disinfection of areas not permitted with toxic chemicals.
-
Reducing storage costs.
-
Reducing the use of costly toxic chemicals.
-
Decreasing labour requirements/costs.
